Established in the fitness industry over 25 years ago, Steve started as a Personal Trainer in fact he was one of the first qualified PTs in the country and established the first One to One only gym in the North of England which is still running today. Not only has he accumulated over 30,000 hours of coaching but has taught trainers all over Europe and now brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to you as a Health Coach. Steve has a holistic approach to wellbeing and wellness and will help you introduce and implement the 6 principles of wellbeing into your life in order to guide you home to ultimate health, wellbeing and vitality.

This approach will get us so far but in the end relies on will power and following a particular regime. I know that achieving your best comes from allowing yourself to receive the flow of wellness and connecting to that energy source. I will teach you when to work inwardly and when and how to work out and what are the best foods for you, how to release stress and anxiety and how to find stillness and quiet within and revitalise.
